C.D. Smith provided design-build construction services for a new business complex. The three-story facility features 45,000 square feet of executive office space on Appleton’s north side along the Hwy 41 corridor. The building, occupied by Grant Thornton, LLP and Menn Law Office provides an upscale and highly accessible location to the Fox River Valley.
Each office suite was uniquely taylored to match the needs and atmosphere desired by the individual owner. The brick and precast building fetures contemporary finishes including wood pannel and architectural stone walls, custom cabinets with granite surfaces, state-of-the-art conference rooms and office spaces and a full basement for additional storage space.
This project represents a high level of collaboration between multiple owners, architects and C.D. Smith. Carefull attention was given to ensure that each client’s individuality was reflected in the finished project.
