Commercial Projects - New Construction (Greater than $50M)
Northwestern Mutual's 7Seventy7 is a 35-story tower with 310 high-end apartments on 25 floors, a 10-story parking garage and ground-floor retail space at 777 North Van Buren Street in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the entire downtown and surrounding areas. 7Seventy7's amenities include an outdoor saltwater pool and terrace on the ninth floor. Other features on that floor include a golf simulator, a fitness center, a yoga room, an outdoor dog run, and a lounge and bar area.
The parking garage has 1,400 stalls for Northwestern Mutual employees and building residents, with some stalls available to the public. C.D. Masters Gallery Foods selected Rohde Brothers for the design and installation of the HVAC and refrigeration systems at their newest facility in Oostburg, Wisconsin. The new facility caters to the needs of customers worldwide.
Rohde Brothers, known for their maintenance-friendly and energy-efficient HVAC and refrigeration systems, implemented standard equipment in unique ways. Notably, they incorporated a distinctive ice storage system, geothermal solutions, and waste heat recovery. These innovative approaches contribute to both efficiency and sustainability.
Throughout the project, Rohde Brothers demonstrated a commitment to safety and innovation, meeting the demanding requirements seamlessly. From the selection of energy-efficient and user-friendly systems to the prefabrication of materials, Rohde aimed to surpass customer goals while fostering a positive construction environment.
