BREAKING GROUND AND CELEBRATING PROGRESS
CRIVITZ, Wis. – (June 9, 2025) – Crivitz School District hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, June 9, 2025, to officially kick off construction at Crivitz Elementary School. With parts of the building more than 50 to 100 years old, this milestone has been years in the making.

The event featured a brief program and brought together students, staff, and community members to celebrate the start of construction at the elementary school site.
Highlights from the celebration included:
INVESTING IN THE FUTURE: PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project has been in the works since November 2024, when voters approved a $29 million referendum. Thanks to the community's support, the project investment will deliver capital improvements, ADA-accessible facilities, a secure entrance, and updated classrooms and libraries.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR CRIVITZ ELEMENTARY?
These improvements will ensure Crivitz Elementary School is functional, inclusive, and ready to support future generations as they learn, grow, and make memories of their own. Construction is now underway, with visible progress expected throughout the summer.
