The residence hall features 27 rooms and 25 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. In addition to personal living spaces, the dorm includes shared study areas, kitchenettes and laundry facilities, providing students with the independence they need and the community connection they value.
C.D. Smith played a key role in MEP coordination and budgeting to ensure the project stayed aligned with goals and expectations. Self-perform crews led construction on the masonry, concrete and both rough and finish carpentry, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout.
Beyond the building itself, the project includes expanded parking and new campus walkways, improving access and connectivity for students and staff alike.
