C.D. Smith Construction served as Construction Manager (CM at Risk) for the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area in Ripon, Wisconsin. The completed facility provides affordable daily care and youth development programming that supports academic success, healthy lifestyles, character development and leadership.

Designed to serve local youth and families, the building includes a full-size gymnasium, licensed childcare rooms, skilled trades workshops, and a teen employment center. Members benefit from internet access, technology resources, basic needs programs, and regular hot meals prepared in a commercial kitchen.
