C.D. Smith was hired by SSM Health as the construction manager for Christian Home & Rehabilitation Center. C.D. Smith self-performed the concrete, masonry, steel erection, rough carpentry, Portland cement stucco and finish carpentry.
The facility offers a wide range of care and services for older adults and their families. Built with all the comforts of home, the new facility meets the medical needs of the residents and their families.
Founded over 70 years ago by the Waupun area churches, Christian Home & Rehabilitation Center will have an on-staff chaplain in addition to the non-denominational chapel. Residents also have the opportunity to broadcast religious services into their rooms.
