C.D. Smith was hired by Cascadia Development for design-build services to construct Fieldstone Rolling Bay, a new independent and assisted living facility on Fieldstone's Bainbridge Island campus. The new facility is located on the same property as Fieldstone Memory Care of Bainbridge, a modern memory care facility rehabilitated from a former 96-bed skilled nursing home.
Fieldstone Rolling Bay opened in 2023 and boasts numerous amenities for potential residents, including gourmet dining, inviting common areas, an onsite theatre, art studio, spa, salon and a large outdoor courtyard.
