C.D. Smith provided Construction Management Services for the Orange Coast Patient Care Pavilion which is built and adjoined to Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center. The six-story ambulatory care center serves as the new entrance to the hospital and provides patients with a single, central point to receive care.
