C.D. Smith constructed the South Campus Parking Ramp for UW- Oshkosh. The three level ramp features approximately 448 parking spaces, two different entrance ways, elevators, staircases and electronic sensor gates. C.D. Smith self-performed all concrete, masonry, steel and precast work. The project was completed ahead of schedule.
