The Gensler La Crosse buildout at Belle Square involved the creation and construction of a new state-of-the-art space to house Gensler’s growing team in La Crosse. Utilizing a people-centered focus, every detail was designed to encourage activity throughout the day.
Configurable layouts were incorporated into the design as well, so that the office can be modified to accommodate the way employees work, further enhancing the work environment and fostering creativity.
In addition to high-tech features such as video conferencing, virtual smart boarding and wireless presence detection, the space features the perfect ratio of collaboration space to personal workstations, plenty of natural light, a cafe and relaxation room, hydration station and access to an outdoor terrace where employees can take in the natural beauty unique to La Crosse, Wisconsin.
