The addition and renovation to Camp Randall Stadium created a fresh look to the historical University of Wisconsin football program, which prides itself as practicing on tradition. The stadium was built in 1917 and was largely unchanged since 1966. The renovation and addition sustained the energetic atmosphere while adding roughly 5,000 seats to increase the capacity to approximately 80,000.
