Over the course of our 90-year history, it has taken a village to build C.D. Smith Construction. As we look back, we are reminded of the many individuals who helped shape who we are. They mentored employees, developed leaders and passed along the values that continue to guide us today.
Honoring that legacy has long been a tradition at C.D. Smith Construction. Each year, we recognize our dedicated workforce through our 25-Year Service Celebration, an event that has grown to include more than 150 current and retired employees. These individuals represent decades of commitment, craftsmanship, and shared purpose.

Looking back at the 2008 celebration, we reflect with gratitude on the people who helped build not only our projects, but our culture. Their contributions continue to influence how we work, how we lead, and the values we proudly carry forward.
As the company celebrates 90 years, the focus remains on the generations of employees who helped carry that responsibility forward and the people who continue building what comes next.
