Key design features include on-stage/off-stage patient care delivery in this outpatient clinic, with multiple teamwork areas focused on collaboration. Patient care modalities include Mental Health, Multi-Specialty Clinic, Radiology, Pathology, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Eye Care, Pain Management, and Women’s Health.
The facility includes an enlarged entry with floor-to-ceiling windows and user-friendly elements like half walls and semi-translucent panels. The clinic emphasizes hands-free operation, cleanable materials, and a communicating stair to encourage stair use over elevators. The HVAC design, programming, and UV filtration enhance air quality. The building is Green Globes Certified and has an Energy Star rating of 92.
