7Seventy7, Northwestern Mutual’s luxury high-rise located adjacent to its downtown Milwaukee campus, features high-end residential apartments and retail space, while also addressing the company’s workforce parking needs. Northwestern Mutual's 7Seventy7 is a 35-story tower with 310 high-end apartments on 25 floors, a 10-story parking garage and ground-floor retail space at 777 North Van Buren Street in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the entire downtown and surrounding areas. 7Seventy7's amenities include an outdoor saltwater pool and terrace on the ninth floor. Other features on that floor include a golf simulator, a fitness center, a yoga room, an outdoor dog run, and a lounge and bar area.
The parking garage has 1,400 stalls for Northwestern Mutual employees and building residents, with some stalls available to the public. C.D.
