C.D. Smith was the only contractor to have THREE winning entries in the 2019 BUILD Wisconsin Awards: 7SEVENTY7, Marian University of Wisconsin's Dr. Richard and Leslie Ridenour Science Center Addition, and Masters Gallery Foods, Inc.'s Oostburg Facility.
Northwestern Mutual's 7Seventy7 is a 35-story tower with 310 high-end apartments on 25 floors, a 10-story parking garage and ground-floor retail space at 777 North Van Buren Street in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the entire downtown and surrounding areas. 7Seventy7's amenities include an outdoor saltwater pool and terrace on the ninth floor. Other features on that floor include a golf simulator, a fitness center, a yoga room, an outdoor dog run, and a lounge and bar area.
The parking garage has 1,400 stalls for Northwestern Mutual employees and building residents, with some stalls available to the public. C.D. Smith Construction would like to thank Northwestern Mutual, along with its partner contractors, project team, and skilled craft workers for making this project a success.
