C.D. Smith was awarded Construction Management services for Schneider National’s The Grove Innovation Center. Schneider National delivers goods both domestically and abroad with a variety of fleet sizes and methods.
The vertical addition of the Grove Innovation Center will add 20,000 SF to the existing campus, creating a dynamic space for Schneider’s growing employee base.
The addition is designed with an open-concept floor plan, maximizing employee collaboration and flexibility.
Additional site work includes a new pedestrian entry and expanded parking to accommodate an increase in employees.
