Renovations Ready for Nursing Students

 
C.D. Smith served as the general contractor for the 80,000-square-foot renovation project at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh's CLOW Science Center and Nursing Education Building, originally constructed in 1966.
The scope of work for this involved and comprehensive renovation of the building encompassed several critical components, including the demolition and reconstruction of interior walls, a thorough overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems, installation of new fire alarm and security systems, as well as the implementation of phone/data infrastructure and AV systems.
This renovation project marks a significant enhancement to the University's facilities, providing state-of-the-art spaces for both students and faculty.
