The General Construction Quality Control (GCQC) Plan and Exterior Enclosure Quality Control (EEQC) Plan are part of a proactive approach managed by C.D. Smith Construction that shall establish, promote, and maintain an effective control system for compliance of the requirements established for the project.

The C.D. Smith Construction Safety Manual provides policy and guidelines to eliminate all serious injuries and the consequences of all incidents to negligible levels. The Safety manual also provides policy and guidelines to bring about compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and any other federal, state, or local safety codes that may apply.

 

A certificate of insurance (COI) is a document used to provide information on specific insurance coverage. The certificate provides verification of the insurance and usually contains information on types and limits of coverage, insurance company, policy number, named insured, and the policies' effective periods.
