    Bakers Place

    This 14-story high-rise, partially constructed with exposed mass timber, is the first of its kind in Madison. Set to introduce 206 luxury apartments to the city's growing landscape, Bakers Place combines innovative living solutions with a commitment to environmental stewardship.     UW-Madison Babcock Hall

    The renovation of UW-Madison's Babcock Hall and expansion of the Center for Dairy Research (CDR) further elevated its standing as one of the world's premier dairy food research centers. The $72 million project modernized Wisconsin's dairy education and research capabilities, creating facilities that exceed industry standards.     UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine

    The 139,000 SF, three-story addition, completed in November 2023, marks a new era in veterinary care and education at UW-Madison's School of Veterinary Medicine. This facility doubles the size of the small animal hospital and triples the space for infectious disease research, addressing the school's growing needs. With advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities, specialized operating rooms, and a dedicated cancer center, the expansion enhances patient care and supports research. The project also includes a covered arena for year-round large animal examinations, reinforcing the caliber of work that UW-Madison does to advance animal and human health.     The Continental

    This 10-story, 148-unit apartment building brings luxury living to downtown Madison.
