2019 WHEA Convention
The Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association - WHEA Convention was held last week in Appleton, WI, at the Fox Cities Convention Center. Among architects, engineering firms, subcontractors and more, five C.D. Smith employees were in attendance—Jeff Redman, Chase Hildebrand, Joe Van Handel, Sara Wright and Kati Kindschuh. CDS is currently a platinum sponsor of WHEA.
“It’s really a great opportunity to make connections with prospective clients and strengthen current relationships,” said Kati Kindschuh. “As a “quiet giant” in the industry, it provides a window of opportunity to tell those who might not know us, the C.D. Smith story—who we are, what we do and why we are an industry leader.”
CDS takes part in the WHEA tradeshow with a technical exhibit, talking to attendees as they walk through the tradeshow. Throughout the week, there are several open house events, fundraisers and socials.
“You see familiar faces every year—it’s almost like a family reunion,” said Jeff Redman.
The conference brings industry experts to the stage, leading information sessions for those attending the event. As a platinum sponsor, we had the opportunity for our very own Chase Hildebrand to introduce a few speakers.
