Composite decks are an option for a variety of building construction needs. The material is durable and environmentally friendly. Composite decking is flexible, lightweight, durable, corrosive and weather-resistant - meeting many needs in building today for the price.
Concrete is the core and the beginning of what we do and do well at C.D. Smith. Concrete is continually getting stronger. There are many uses and applications in various industries. Wastewater, flooring, structural walls and concrete can be finished to fit end needs.
Flatwork can be utilized for sidewalks, stoops and indoor or outdoor spaces that are walked on or driven on.
Structural Concrete can be used horizontally and can carry a structural load or form an integral part of a structure.

Machine bases are for housekeeping - a fabricated pad or base for equipment to ensure that it is not damaged and kept for cleaning.
Precast Erection and Steel Erection are niche offerings. They're fabricated off-site and assembled on a jobsite. The columns and beams are professionally set in place with strict guidelines for safety and endurance.
Reinforcing steel ensures that cement is next-level sturdy; reinforcements like rebar and reinforced steel are used for added durability and strength.

Masonry work is delivered in a variety of methods and compositions. Bricks, block, stone, cinder, concrete masonry unit [CMU], structural brick or ornate materials can be utilized. Rocks, slate, exposed and treated for effect or support are all offered.

Specialty Coatings and EIFS + Stucco add color and protection to surfaces for aesthetics, temperature resistance, sealing, corrosion and repelling weather.
Heavy Equipment Operations are owned and operated by C.D. Smith. Skid loaders, cranes, backhoes, earth moving equipment and material moving equipment get the job done. The function of heavy equipment Earthwork is used to prep the structural integrity and foundation of a job.
