Addition at ATI Underway!

C.D. Smith built the original Advanced Tooling building in Mt. Calvary in 2007 and completed its first addition five years later in 2012. In July, we began another project for ATI - a 6,300 SF addition to their existing facilities. The addition provides the tool manufacturer with more office space, a break room and fitness center. A shop will be included as well, allowing ATI to house more CNC machines. 

Last week, the crew onsite began pouring footings. They will continue with footings and start to pour walls and slab on grade in preparation for the steel and metal building set to be erected in early September.
