C.D. Smith Construction was selected as construction manager to build a Micro Hospital near Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. Following the trend in healthcare, Nutex Health is developing a smaller footprint healthcare facility for emergency access.
This 22,325 SF, $15.4M facility will include eight inpatient beds and 10 emergency room beds. Full-range emergency services, advanced cardiac monitoring, ventilators, MRI and CT scanning, and inpatient pharmacy are also included in the plan. A 69-stall parking lot will wrap the building, currently under construction, scheduled to open in 2024.
