What led you to the construction industry?

The construction industry is so unique as it advances overtime to meet the changing needs and demands of the public. I was drawn to construction because I knew I would be able to help serve the public throughout my profession.  

What is your favorite part of your career?

The best part of my career in construction is getting to interact with the owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, field employees, and office employees. Each team member brings different insights to the table to help develop a quality facility for the end user.  

What advice would you give someone starting out in the construction industry?

Expect changes daily to the project and face every modification with a positive attitude.
