Wages: $41.18 - $46.16 per hour

Benefits: $27.69 - $28.20 per hour

C.D. Smith Construction Trades Career Skilled Field Positions Apprentice Laborer Journeyman Leadman Foreman Superintendent

Mason Apprenticeship: 3 years

Education Hours: 5,480 on the job training + 520 classroom

Career Path: Apprentice > Journeyman > Leadman > Foreman > Assistant Superintendent > Superintendent

Training Schedule: September - March, one day/week for three years

Duties Include:

• Installing block, brick or stone
• Rubbing walls
• Setting scaffold
• Washing brick and stone
• Installing flashings
• Raking and finishing joints
