Production line additions allow for two products to be processed and packaged simultaneously, offering variety and meeting the demands of the expanding interest and needs in the market. Additionally, employee areas and office updates are taken into consideration as operations expand.

C.D. Smith was awarded construction management services for the Baker Cheese Office Remodel project. Located in St. Cloud, Wisconsin, the main office of Baker Cheese has been expanded numerous times to meet the needs of its growing workforce. The current expansion provides the company with additional space for employee offices, locker rooms and an expanded storefront. Exterior improvements created a brand-centric wall facing a well-traveled highway.

Addition to family-owned cheese factory
C.D. Smith was hired for construction management services for Baker Cheese production and packaging addition. The project included structural precast addition to the existing facility. Included are mechanical spaces on the lower level and new, expanded packaging, production areas on the upper level.
