HISTORIC REHABILITATION IN GREEN BAY

The Rail Yard Innovation District of Green Bay is transforming the once bleak and desolate neighborhood into a vibrant destination for people to work, play, eat and live. C.D. Smith was awarded general contractor for renovations to Building R. The site was previously home to Larsen Canning Co. The historic rehabilitation project transformed a cold storage facility into a multi-tenant building for business and organizations to bring life back into the neighborhood.

The rehabilitation and environmental remediation project was turned over to the client one month ahead of schedule, despite project challenges. Currently, the building is over 50% leased with more tenant opportunities available. .
