C.D. Smith Gives Back to Schools
What does $900 in school supplies look like? Nearly 1,000 pencils, markers, highlighters, and colored pencils. Seven dozen notebooks, sketchbooks, and packages of loose-leaf paper. Ten calculators, ten backpacks, and five lunchboxes. You're starting to get the idea, it's A LOT of school stuff!
Last month at the Fond du Lac County Fair, C.D. Smith employees volunteered to bartend and raise tips for the Back to School FDL Area program. This week, Dan Hebel, Chief Executive Officer at Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac, came to the new C.D. Smith headquarters to accept the donation on behalf of the program and snap a photo with the C.D. Smith Committee.
