Proper PPE, safety gear, signage, fall protection and site inspection are part of daily operations. Input from field crew, and trade partners on jobsite safety improvements are encouraged.

Field crews participate in a daily safety talk as well as a Monday Morning Toolbox safety talk. The toolbox talks are topic-specific conversations to raise awareness, educate our workers and encourage safety preparedness.
Additionally, field employees gather in more formal training sessions throughout the year. All-day education from experts in the field offering updates on policies, procedures, best practices, re-certification, and collaborative conversations ensuring that everyone is in the THINK SAFE. WORK SAFE.® mindset.
