“ICE” has increasingly been used as an emergency technique to help medical professionals connect with emergency contacts for people involved in accidents or medical emergencies where they are unresponsive. Essentially, it’s having your emergency medical contacts on speed dial. ICE contacts may include:
- Parents
- Spouse
- Siblings
- Close family member/friend who is familiar with medical needs
