Lomira School District

C.D. Smith was hired by the Lomira School District to provide pre-referendum support, Preconstruction and Construction Management services for renovations and additions to its existing K-12 facility. Construction was completed in 4 different phases.

Aside from the extensive amount of work completed, this project was unique because the center of the existing building was demolished and reconstructed while day-to-day operations continued as normal. C.D. Smith worked to ensure that students and staff were able to move through the construction site in the most safe and efficient as possible so as not to disrupt the learning process.
