C.D. Smith Construction provided construction management services for Tanesay Development at the RiverHeath Willow mixed use development in Appleton.
Willow anchors the RiverHeath riverfront district with integrated retail, office and residential space designed to activate the street level and support a growing community of boutiques, professional services and entrepreneurial businesses.
As part of the larger RiverHeath master plan, the development combines ground floor commercial space with multifamily housing above, organized around shared green space along the riverfront and recognized through participation in a nationwide pilot program for Neighborhood Development.
