C.D. Smith Construction was hired to provide construction management services for Tanesay Development, at the RiverHeath Willow site.

Willow is double the size of Evergreen and Prairie, its RiverHeath counterparts, offering 110 apartment units in addition to office and retail space, supporting small creative boutiques, health-conscious businesses and young entrepreneurs.

The RiverHeath development combines multi-unit housing, office and retail into a dense core with green space, or heath, in between the buildings and the river, qualifying for a nationwide pilot program for Neighborhood Development.
