Waupun Memorial Hospital
C.D. Smith was awarded as construction manager for SSM Health for the Waupun Memorial Hospital. The project added 42 patient rooms, behavioral health and a surgery addition to accommodate the area’s expanding healthcare needs, serving surrounding communities between the Fox Valley and Madison.
The Waupun Memorial Hospital project expanded the capacity for patient care with a 52,775 SF addition of new rooms. The project included a $3.7 million surgery addition to provide a wider range of patient procedures right in their hometown. Additionally, a $1.5 million renovation to the existing pharmacy was completed to modernize the existing structures.
