C.D. Smith Construction announces the 2026 Skilled Trades Construction Grant and Construction Management Grant, offering up to $1,000 to students pursuing careers in construction. Applications are open through March 27, 2026.
2026 Construction Grants
Careers in construction are built on skill, responsibility and leadership — whether that path begins in the field or in project management. Supporting those career paths starts early, through education partnerships and direct investment in students who want to build their future in the construction industry.
In partnership with the Fond du Lac Area Foundation, two grant opportunities are available for 2026:
- Skilled Trades Construction Grant for high school seniors entering the trades
- Construction Management Grant for students pursuing construction management degrees
Both grants are designed to reduce financial barriers, reinforce career readiness and support the next generation of construction professionals.
