Grace Students Thank C.D. Smith
On September 25, the C.D. Smith Project Team joined the Grace Lutheran Church and School at a Gala to raise donations to furnish their recently completed 13,249 SF addition and 28,889 SF renovation. Parish friends and family celebrated the expanded learning facility and enjoyed an evening mingling, a silent auction and raffles. Students shared their appreciation for the new space by hanging thank you cards and signs in the windows and writing thank you letters to the C.D. Smith team.
"We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Grace on this project." Todd Wunderlich, Preconstruction Manager, shared. "The Pastor, staff, and kids were flexible and accommodating. We are thrilled to see that the facility turned out exactly how they were envisioning it. The facility users have been providing nothing but positive feedback."
"Site Superintendent, Damien Hovey, and his field crews did an excellent job ensuring the work got done on time and done right," Todd notes. "The students and faculty were sad to see us remove the job trailer, but they are looking forward to using their new facility!"
