Project Spotlight: RiverHeath Willow

Set on the dense green space or “heath” off the Fox River, the RiverHeath projects with Tanesay Development have brought life and vibrant spaces to the Appleton neighborhood. The newest development, RiverHeath Willow, started in April of 2019 and will be completed in May of 2020. Willow, the third building after Evergreen and Prairie, consists of six floors and over 210,000 SF which will include 110 luxury apartment units, retail and office space as well as underground parking.

The lower level of the building will be a parking garage with two retail tenant spaces available for rent. The first floor will be home to 12 office and retail commercial tenants, as well as a partial parking garage space. The remaining five floors (2nd – 6th) will be comprised of apartment units. Tenants will have the option of 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units, and/or 3 bedroom units complete with upscale finishes, ample natural lighting and outdoor patios. The second floor of Willow includes high-end units with layouts of 2,000 SF, freestanding tubs in the master bath, luxury finishes throughout, and access to a 1,000 SF exterior patio.

The RiverHeath Community is an energy efficient development, focusing on sustainable practices throughout the design and plans throughout the entire space.
