C.D. Smith provided Gehl Company (now known as Manitou Americas) with construction management/general contracting services in the construction of its new corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. Located adjacent to Gehl’s manufacturing and research and development facilities, the 2-story corporate office provides 72,000 square feet above ground and a partial basement for additional storage below. The modern facade features an open-office concept, large windows to infuse natural light throughout and insulated architectural wall panels. Energy-efficient lighting is utilized to enhance natural lighting throughout the space.
