Holiday Automotive selected C.D. Smith to construct a new centralized used car reconditioning center in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Designed to streamline the pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process, the single-story, 18,000 SF facility supports operations for all four Holiday showrooms on Rolling Meadows Drive with a team of 20 technicians and an on-site parts department.

C.D. Smith self-performed the foundation, floor slab, masonry, precast planks, studs, drywall, and carpentry for the building.
