C.D. Smith provided construction services for Pointe West Investment’s “The Hive” Apartment Complex in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The 84,000+ square foot facility consists of 40 units of flexible apartment layouts that provide a social atmosphere with private bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, HD cable complimentary in-suite washer/dryer, high-end finishes and stainless steel appliances plus first floor commercial space.
