St. Lawrence Seminary
C.D. Smith was hired as construction manager by St. Lawrence Seminary to complete renovations and additions to multiple campus buildings.
The campus master plan was designed to included renovations to existing education halls and student housing bringing fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems to code-compliance. St. Joseph Hall was constructed in large part to replace the historic St. Joseph Hall that was destroyed by a fire in early 2014. The additions and renovations brought daylight and larger open space to social areas for students.
