C.D. Smith provided construction management and general contracting services for the construction of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Green Bay, WI. This state-of-the-art facility offers patients ongoing and progressive care in a modern, comfortable atmosphere.
The medical center completed in 2013 includes an ambulatory surgery unit, specialty clinic, women’s clinic and mental health care unit. The project also included a cardiology, diagnostic imaging unit. In addition to the wide array of health and medical services offered, the building achieved LEED Silver Certification.
