Headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, City Brewing Company is equipped with state-of-the-art brewing technology and is the central hub for their growing operations, recipe development, brewing, blending, packaging and distribution.
The Brewhouse is capable of producing 16 brews per day at 1,100 barrels each for an annual capacity of nearly seven million barrels of beer, with brewing sites in La Crosse, Wisconsin; Latrobe, Pennsylvania; Irwindale, California; and Memphis, Tennessee. With a packaging capacity of over 50 million cases, City Brewery is well-positioned to serve clients as one of the largest beverage producers nationwide.
Industrial maintenance and upgrades are needed from time to time to ensure the highest quality standards. This is key to the success of City Brewing Company.
C.D. Smith Construction has offered construction management expertise on projects from remodeling storage facilities to laying fuel pads for C02 tanks and parking lot upgrades.
Collaboration on smaller projects has opened the door to larger opportunities. City Brewing Company hired C.D. Smith to build a 1,590 SF Silo Ally at the La Crosse facility to be operational in the fall of 2023.
