C.D. Smith was hired by the Hilbert School District to provide Preconstruction and Construction Management services for renovations and an elementary addition to its existing high/middle school facility.
C.D. Smith self-performed all concrete, steel, masonry, and finish carpentry. The project was completed in time for the 2016-2017 school year.
The Hilbert School District featured very unique, colorful spaces to promote collaborative, efficient learning environments. The bright colors, various furniture layouts, and open spaces are ideal for creative thinking and group work time.
