C.D. Smith served as General Contractor for the $7 million redevelopment of St. Mary's Springs Academy's Stone Family Athletic Complex, creating a modern venue for athletics, school events and community gatherings.

The six-month project transformed the fan and athlete experience with a new 2,304-square-foot, two-story concessions and operations building featuring expanded restrooms, ticketing, storage and a second-floor operations suite. A new 650-square-foot press box provides integrated power and data to support broadcasting, film review and game-day operations.

Upgraded bleachers added 1,624 seats with ADA-compliant access platforms, creating a more comfortable and accessible experience for spectators.

Beyond the visible improvements, more than one mile of low-voltage cabling was installed to support lighting, communications and security systems throughout the complex. The project also included high-efficiency LED stadium lighting and parking improvements with new surfacing, enhanced lighting and safer pedestrian circulation.
